Important Notice:
 
-Volunteers should exemplify the Lord Jesus Christ and the Church. This should be displayed in behavior, attitude, speech and dress. Adhering to church regulations and standards while serving is important. Be accountable to the leader of your ministry. Discuss any concerns or problems within your department with your department leader. Show mutual respect towards fellow laborers. Work cooperatively with fellow laborers. Maintain a positive attitude, interest, and enthusiam toward that ministry that you have volunteered to serve in. Be flexible and willing to learn and share ideas to grow this ministry. Attend any orientation or training sessions necessary to advance you and this ministry. Pray for your leadership. Notify your leadership that you are involved in if you decided to discontinue serving. Please don't just quit!

 

Full Gospel United Pentecostal Church Serving Policy and Guideline
We do not want to violate the serving standards of Full Gospel U.P.C. or any given church/pastor that we minister to. It is with this intention that we have developed a minimal  serving standard. Please understand that the guidelines are not meant to be anything other than the specifics of a dress code established to hopefully bring unity rather than division. As you accept the commitment to become a part of any Department in Full Gospel U.P.C. you are asked to respect these guidelines. Those who minister and in Leadership/Public roles are the most visible representatives of Full Gospel U.P.C. and should mirror the spirit and standards we teach. Ministry is not the performance of an hour; it is the example of a Godly lifestyle. Our character and devotion to God must be the foundation of what we project publicly.
General Guidelines
● Must be a member of Full Gospel U.P.C. (reference Covering the Bases)

● Must have experienced the New Birth according to Acts 2:38 and must be endeavoring to live a holy life. (DOING YOUR BEST!)

● Must Tithe

● Must Arrive at least 30min before every service or event to pray and report to your proper place.

● If you do not arrive for prayer you will NOT be allowed to minister (NO EXCEPTIONS)

● Must be Accountable, Faithful, and Committed

● Must Inform your Department's Key Leader (DKL) of any planned absences (Vacation, Scheduled event, etc.)

● In the case of an emergency please contact your DKL First (see Chain of Command). (In the event that you can not reach your DKL: contact any of the other DKL's, contact a fellow member that will inform a DKL for you, or contact the church office 225.357.9696)

● Must follow The Vision, The Mission and The Core Values of Pastor Ryan V. Allmon, Sr. and Full Gospel U.P.C.
Dress Code for Men

● Modest apparel (No tight fitting tops or bottoms)

● Modest necklines

● No shorts

● No long hair reaching below the collar, over the ears, down into the eyes or outlandish styles.

● No jewelry of any kind allowed (Except engagement and/or wedding ring and watch)

Dress Code for Women

● Modest apparel (No tight fitting tops or bottoms)

● No pants

● Modest necklines, front and back

● No low cut or sleeveless blouses or shirts

● Hem length is to be below the knees

● Hair must be worn in a neat fashion

● No jewelry of any kind allowed (Except engagement and/or wedding ring and watch)
Agreement and Acknowledgment
Guidelines. I acknowledge that these standards are established to maintain unity, holiness, and order within ministry and leadership roles.

By signing below, I agree to uphold these guidelines to the best of my ability, to remain accountable to my Department Key Leader and church leadership, and to conduct myself in a manner that reflects the character, values, and doctrine of Full Gospel U.P.C.

I understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in temporary or permanent removal from ministry responsibilities, at the discretion of church leadership. 

I willingly accept this commitment as part of my service to God and Full Gospel United Pentecostal Church.
