All of the following rate is based on a 6 hours of usage including setup.

Rental Rates (*FG Active members) :
SEMC Gym $350
SEMC Aerobic Room $150
SEMC Kitchen $150

*An active member is defined as someone who has faithfully attended and supported the ministry of FGUPC for at least the past six months.


Table and chairs can be provided, but must be requested

Rental Agreement Statment:

I, the renter, thereby adhere to the contractural agreement with Full Gospel United Pentecostal Church. Failure to pay amount in full before the event date or failure to comply with the FGUPC rules and regulations will result in a full forfeiture of funds and cancellation of this event before the date of initiation, or dismissal from the S.E. Mackey grounds without refunds after events initiation. No cover charge my be levied by any group or organization, unless arranged and approved by FGUPC. All sales of concessions by any organization are prohibited; concessions sales will be made available by FGUPC and the S.E. Mackey Center staff. Any additional request or changes to this contract must be submitted in writing and addressed to the director of this facility or a Senior Administrator. This is a non-profit church organization and facility of the FGUPC, whose usage has primary priority to any contract or scheduled event. My group has been granted access and usage to only the areas specified in this contract. FGUPC nor the S.E. Mackey center is reponsible for any physical injuries or accidents that may occur during use of our properties or equipment.

I understand that I am responsible for removing all waste from this facility. There is a dumpster on site. I will also clean all used spaces by removing all items brought to this facility.
